Should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason for a period of thirty (30) days after the date of receipt, you may request a full refund for the item(s), excluding any taxes, shipping and handling charges.
The following applies to products purchased directly from Pacific Creek. To return a product, you will need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by submitting an RMA request below. NO returns of any kind will be accepted without an RMA.

If merchandise arrives damaged, save the merchandise AND the original shipping box and packing materials it arrived in. Notify Pacific Creek immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick-up of damaged merchandise.
Pacific Creek accepts returns on merchandise within 30 days of receipt date. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items unless there was an error on our part. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges to Pacific Creek on returned items unless the items were incorrectly shipped by Pacific Creek.
Only shipping costs for incorrect or defective items delivered to the customer will be credited by Pacific Creek. The return must be shipped by First Class Mail, US Priority Mail or UPS Ground Shipping, whichever is lowest in cost, in order to receive credit for the cost of shipping. We will not refund the extra cost of express delivery.
All products returned must contain all original items shipped in "as new" condition, including original boxes and packing materials, manuals, cables and accessories. To ensure product remains in good condition, do not use the product box as the shipping box, repackage in another box with appropriate packing materials.
For your protection, Pacific Creek strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment to protect against loss and damage, and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery.
Returns within 30 days of receipt date can be for exchange, repair, refund or credit. However, Pacific Creek reserves the right at its sole discretion to give a refund instead of an exchange, repair or credit.
90 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY
Products sold by Pacific Creek or its authorized dealers are covered by a ninety (90) day labor and parts warranty, excluding vacuum tubes. Should your Separo product fail to operate within 90 days from the receipt date, Pacific Creek will repair it at no charge to you. You will, however, be responsible for round trip shipping and insurance.
This warranty shall not apply to loss or damage in shipping, accident, unreasonable use, or buyer's negligence.
SELLER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SELLER DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OF ANY OTHER KIND, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEPT IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS THAT PROHIBIT DISCLAIMER OF SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES.
